Picnic in La Rafa/Picnic en La Rafa

Today my friends and I have gone to La Rafa (a campsite with two swimming pools, bars and sport areas) for the day. 

Hoy mis amigas y yo hemos ido a La Rafa (un camping con dos piscinas, chiringuitos y zonas de deporte) a pasar el día.

It is a good place to swim and hang out with friends, because it has many green areas for entertainment and relaxation, for sports and camping.

Es un buen lugar para bañarte y pasar el rato con amigos porque tiene muchas zonas verdes, para el entretenimiento y el relax, para hacer deporte y acampar.

And after a dip ...We get hungry! Each took some food from our homes and share it. We ate some sandwiches, but the best was the dessert: brownies with melted chocolate and chocolate cake made ​​by a friend.

Y después de un buen chapuzón... ¡Nos entró el hambre! Cada una llevamos algo de comida de nuestras casas y lo compartimos. Comimos unos bocadillos, aunque lo mejor era el postre: brownies con chocolate derretido y tarta de chocolate hecha por una amiga.

Languages/Idiomas

Since I was little I've been clear about what will focus in the future. I love languages, and I don't want to stop learning new ones for all my life. At the moment, I study English, although I'm starting to study Japanese too because my sister teaches it to me. 

Desde que era pequeña he sabido lo que haría en el futuro. Me encantan los idiomas, y no quiero parar de aprender nuevos durante toda mi vida. Por el momento, estudio inglés, aunque estoy empezando a estudiar japonés también porque mi hermana me lo enseña.

English is my favourite subject and also my favourite language. I've been studying it since I was 3 years old, I often read English books and watch VO movies. 

Inglés es mi asignatura e idioma favorito. Lo he estudiado desde que tenía 3 años, a menudo leo libros en inglés y películas en versión original.

Japanese is language I've studied harder. It has two syllabaries and you've to learn all the steps to enter each character. There are hiragana and katakana.

Japonés es el idioma más difícil que he estudiado. Consta de dos silabarios y debes aprender todos los pasos para escribir cada carácter. Son hiragana y katakana. 

Drawings/Dibujos

 In my free time, apart from reading and to listen to music, also I draw portraits. At the moment, I have drawn to musicians, actresses and sleeve, but I'll draw more later.

En mi tiempo libre, a parte de leer y escuchar música, también dibujo retratos. Por el momento, he dibujado músicos, actrices y manga, pero seguiré dibujando más.

 Although the music is one of my passions, too much free time I spend reading. My favorite subjects are philosophy, adventure and terror.   

Aunque la música es una de mis pasiones, dedico mucho tiempo libre a la lectura. Mis temas son la filosofía, aventura y terror.

 My favourite writer is Edgar Allan Poe. I've read all his works, and I still read them. He born on 19th January of 1809, in Boston (North America), althought he raised partly in England. His most famous works are The Raven, Tell-Tale Heart, The Murders in the Rue Morgue, The Pit and the Pendulum, and The Black Cat. My favourite works are The Raven and The Black Cat. 

Mi escritor favorito es Edgar Allan Poe. He leído todas sus obras, y aún sigo leyéndolas. Nació el 19 de enero de 1809, en Boston (Norteamérica), aunque se crió en parte en Inglaterra. Sus obras más famosas son El cuervo, Corazón delator, Los asesinatos de la calle Morgue, El pozo y el péndulo, y El gato negro. Mis obras favoritas son El cuervo y El gato negro.

 

The way of life, traditions, and customs we have today we owe much to our ancestors: the Greeks and Romans. Since I studied Classical Culture in school, I find it very interesting, cause what they did for thousands of years, we still do it today.

 La manera de vivir, tradiciones y costumbres que tenemos hoy en día se lo debemos en gran medida a nuestros antecesores: griegos y romanos. Desde que estudié cultura clásica en la escuela, la encuentro muy interesante porque lo que hacían hace miles de años aún lo seguimos haciendo actualmente.
 

 If you are interested in Classical Culture and philosophy, you need to read Sophie's World, by Jostein Gaarder. It describes each philosopher of Classical Antiquity and his theories, while the Sofia's adventures. I've read it two times.

Si estás interesado en la cultura clásica y la filosofía, te recomiendo que leas El mundo de Sofía, de Jostein Gaarder. Describe cada filósofo de la Antigüedad Clásica y sus teorías, y al mismo tiempo cuenta las aventuras de Sofía.

I'm a really fan of a lot of bands, both Spanish and foreigners. I love Sixties' music, and also like Rock N Roll, Heavy Metal, Hard Rock, Blues and Jazz. Here there are some of my favourite bands, if you haven't listened to him yet... It's the time!

Heavy metal concert/Concierto heavy metal

These are the tickets of 7th Legends of Rock Festival. It's gonna be the 17th and 18th of August, in Beniel (Murcia). A lot of people go there and enjoy music and ambience. Very famous groups such as Saratoga, Obus, Barón Rojo, Warcry, etc. will play and people bring their tents and sleep on the floor.

Éstas son las entradas para el VII Festival Leyendas del Rock. Se celebra el 17 y 18 de agosto, en Beniel (Murcia). Muchos grupos famosos tales como Saratoga, Obus, Barón Rojo, Warcry, etc. tocarán y la gente trae sus tiendas de campaña para dormir en el suelo.

I'm going with my sister and I'm so excited. That's my first concert, and I'm sure we're gonna have a very good time. 

In Spain, there are a lot of concerts for all diferents kinds of music, and actually, one of the most famous festival is Rock in Rio, in Madrid. 

Iré con mi hermana y estoy tan entusiasmada. Éste es mi primer concierto, y estoy segura de que vamos a pasárnoslo muy bien.

En España, hay muchos conciertos para todo tipo de música, y actualmente, uno de los festivales más famosos es Rock in Rio, en Madrid.
